About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate Unity Developer (Mid–Junior level) to join our development team. You’ll collaborate with designers, artists, and senior engineers to bring our interactive experiences to life. The ideal candidate has a solid grasp of Unity development principles, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced creative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain game features using Unity (C#).
• Implement systems leveraging Unity Addressables for efficient asset management and memory usage.
• Develop and integrate VR features using Unity’s XR frameworks (Oculus, OpenXR, or SteamVR).
• Implement networking systems for multiplayer or connected experiences.
• Collaborate with designers and artists to integrate assets and ensure smooth game performance.
• Debug and fix performance issues across multiple platforms (mobile, PC, VR, or console).
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards.
• Assist in creating tools and workflows to support production efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with Unity features, VR development trends, and performance optimization techniques.

Job skills

• 1–3 years of experience as a Unity Developer.
• Proficient in C# programming and Unity Engine.
• Experience with the Unity Addressables system (asset referencing, memory management, and asynchronous loading).
• Experience developing VR projects (Oculus, OpenXR, or similar SDKs).
• Familiarity with multiplayer or networking frameworks (Photon, Mirror, Netcode for GameObjects, etc.).
• Good understanding of prefab workflows, scene management, and UI systems (UGUI or UIToolkit).
• Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git, Plastic SCM).
• Familiarity with profiling tools and performance optimization techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Passion for games, VR, and interactive experiences.
